The MapR Advantage Partner Program is a program for all partners that want to engage with MapR to jointly position our value to customers. The Program enables diverse organizations within the Hadoop community to expand their reach, ultimately helping customers leverage big data through MapR's enterprise grade distribution for Apache Hadoop.

Technical Training MapR offers training classes with both open enrollment and onsite delivery. Partner will get a 15% discount for employees who attend our training.

MapR Sandbox for Hadoop The MapR Sandbox for Hadoop provides tutorials, demo applications, and browser-based user interfaces. It is a fully functional Hadoop cluster running in a virtual machine.
Joint Case Studies MapR supports the development of joint customer success stories.
Press Releases MapR will promote Partners that provide one of the following:
  1. A Joint Technology Value Statement with supporting Architecture Documentation.
  2. A benchmark test that demonstrates a technological advantage.
  3. When a combination of partnership creates a compelling value proposition.
User Conferences & Partner Events Partners may be invited to participate in MapR sponsored conferences and events to co-promote our joint offerings in the market.
MapR Logo Approved MapR partners may use the MapR logo on their website, business cards or in presentations.

MapR Advantage Partner Requirements

Program Requirements MapR Advantage Partners
Partner Logo Partner delivers to MapR a logo that can be used on our website with a 50 word or less Partnership statement.
Executive Sponsor Named Executive Sponsor (VP or above) and primary contact for opportunity engagements.
Reselling and Subcontracting Agreements For reselling and Subcontracting partners, MapR will require you to agree to specific terms governing a reselling and or consulting relationship.
Non-Disclosure Agreement Agree to the MapR Advantage Partner Program Privacy policies.
