Nagarro was founded in 1996. It grew rapidly, reaching over 3,000 employees. In 2011, Nagarro was acquired by Allgeier SE, a Germany-based IT company. In 2014, Softcon, an Allgeier company already a part of the Nagarro division, changed its name to Nagarro. Also in 2014, Hexa Business Services merged with Nagarro Austria. In 2016, Conduct AS, an Oslo-based consulting company, merged with Nagarro to become Nagarro Norway. In December of 2016, Nagarro acquired silicon-valley based mobile design and strategy company, Mokriya. This, combined with other companies in the division, gives Nagarro a division strength of over 3,000 employees worldwide.

Today, we are more than 3500 experts across 12 countries. Together we form Nagarro, the global services division of Munich-based Allgeier SE.
